Charlestown presents 50+ performing arts events per year in one of three venues: the 400-seat Erickson Conference Center, the 200-seat Muriel Caulfield Auditorium, and the exquisite Our Lady of the Angels Chapel. The public is welcome to attend!
The ARTS are ALIVE at Charlestown, a continuing care retirement community in Catonsville, MD! Boasting three different performance series, plus a resident theatre troupe and mixed chorus, Charlestown is bustling with activity for the performing arts devotee. The Chapel Concert Series and the Our Lady of the Angels Concert Series feature classical and sacred artists from across the Mid-Atlantic region. The Community Concert Series boasts an impressive variety of groups performing popular styles of music. Little Theatre Co., Charlestown’s resident theatre troupe, sponsors both community theatre and in-house productions. The Harmonizers, Charlestown’s resident mixed chorus, maintains an active schedule and hosts holiday and spring performances. Many of Charlestown’s 50+ performances per year are free and ALL are open to the public.
